First of all, I would like to thank Juxta25 for finding the image in the first edition of Street Fighter Unlimited.  He posted on his gallery, and you should go over to his page and favorite it.  Also, all images are owned by Udon studios and their respective artists.  This is just free advertising. 

The gist of this pic and the set up in the actual comic is pretty straight forward.  Vega catches Chun-Li snooping, and delivers her to the new Shadaloo boss.  

I was eagerly awaiting issue #2 to see what the fate of our heroine is, but I realized it would probably be a let down. I wouldn't be surprised if this is the last we see of her bound and gagged.

So, I figured this would a perfect fit for my how it should have end-DID series!  
Also, I figured I would write a nice little tight lead in to how Chun-Li got caught, along with my devious little bondage fanfic take on what happens to her after.

Then I decided we needed to have some more stuff happen to her before hand, because we all know how I like multi-part stories.  So I did this chapter as a prequel, and subsequent chapters will see us get back to the contents of the image above.
