I went through a ton of different costume combinations on this one.  At first, her costume looked to similar to Cloak.  Then it was to similar to Raven, and finally she looked too much like Donna Troy.  Hopefully, this is a happy medium.  Also, special thanks to who helped me with inspiration for the nickname of my new baddie.  I hope this one catches steam in a way my other creations haven't yet.
